GOLD GRAVITY PROCESSING PLANT

This process is suitable for rock gold mineral ore. Firstly, big particle stone will be crushed into less than 15mm;

Secondly, crushed material will be transported into ball mill and ground; after grinding, fine particle will be classified in the spiral classifier, big particle will be screwed back into ball mill and ground again, until meet the requirement. Required particle will be pumped into gold concentrator for roughing process, after roughing process, we can get rough concentrate and tailings.

Rough concentrate will directly get into shaking table for concentrating process.

Finally we can get gold concentrate on the shaking table.

GOLD Ore CIP PLANT

CIP is cyanide gold extraction process. Firstly, raw material is crushed into less than 10mm by different types of crushers; secondary, crushed material will be ground and classified into 85% of 200mesh, then fine powder will get into thickener, after concentration, will add chemical and carbon in the tank. After leaching and absorption, get gold loaded carbon. Finally we can use electrolysis equipment and furnace to get gold bar.

ALLUVIAL GOLD PROCESSING PLANT

This process is suitable for Alluvial gold. For gold in soil and sand, the Nile prepares a solutions, in this solution, you can collect gold in centrifugal concentrator, shaking table, and carpet. The recovery rate is above 90% and it can help you get more gold than traditional ways. This solution only needs small amount of money, we have many types of product according to your needs.

Firstly, this solution uses gold trommel to select small materials with gold(like soil and sand).It can deal with many materials efficiently in one-time and save your cost on workers.

Secondly, through centrifugal concentrator materials will be separated again to get gold ores.

Finally by the selection of shaking table, chute and carpet, the selection comes to the end.

Clients mining

Processing capacity 30 tons per hour for Alluvial gold.

Main parts Equipped with feeder hopper, heavy duty clay scrubber, heavy duty trommel screen, sluice box with gold carpet, etc.

The main working principle of our GTS1200X2500 Alluvial gold plant with sluices:

1. Clients use excavators for feeding the soils to the hopper, the grizzly will block out big size gravels, water sprays pipes inside the hopper will slurrify the soils;

2. Heavy duty clay scrubber with inner water spray and scrubbing teeth will break hard clay and wash off the minerals;

3. Heavy duty double sieve trommel screen with high-pressure water sprays for washing, screening and separating,

4. Inner sieve is 25mm steel bars, outer sieve is 10mm steel wire sieve;

4. +10mm gravels will be discharged as tailing at the end of trommel;

5. -10mm soils slurry will be directed to 2 sets of 6.0 meter long fixed sluice box with carpet for high recovery rate of gold;

6. Submersible slurry pump for supplying water to the whole wash plant, etc;
